Love and honesty

In Kvinesdal we are lucky enough to have fantastic ingredients from local suppliers. We offer the best of each season and harvest herbs and fruit from our own kitchen and herb garden.

We have a small and dedicated kitchen team who work with their hearts. Almost everything is made from scratch, based on local ingredients. The bread served for breakfast and dinner is made with our own sourdough, the salmon is smoked in the hotel's smokehouse, and we even make our own ketchup. Herbs and fruit are found in our own lush kitchen garden, which is constantly adding new varieties.

Hiking food

We offer picnic baskets and packed lunches that guests can take with them on all the great hikes in the area. Enjoy a picnic on the Lista beaches, or how about a delicious packed lunch full of energy for climbing and hiking in the mountains. Ask us.
